The dynamic balance of lathe mainly has two parts, one part is the lathe turning surface chuck, and the other part is the chuck driving motor.

There are three main methods for chuck dynamic balance, which can be referred to Taiwan Province Hongfuxin PY2700 dynamic balance instrument.

1. Some chucks are designed with three sliders on the flange of grinding wheel of grinder. Through vibration detection and speed analysis, the instrument can accurately tell the placement angles of the three sliders, thus achieving balance.

2. The lathe chuck carries out dynamic balance by removing the trial weight, the instrument accurately tells the angle of weight removal, and the trial weight is removed by the electric switch to achieve dynamic balance.

3. The dynamic balance of chuck is realized by hole position distribution. Generally, there are several even-numbered screw holes on the chuck. PY2700 dynamic balance tells exactly how many grams of counterweight screw or screw washer should be added at the first hole position. This method is very common.

4. The dynamic balance at the other end of the motor is generally operated by trial-and-error method.
