Turn simple labor into complex labor

Marx divided labor into simple labor and complex labor. He said that the value created by complex labor is n times.

Such as doctors, lawyers, teachers, etc. It is a complicated job, while moving bricks and sweeping the floor is a simple job. At the same time, the former created more value.

Everyone wants to do complicated work, but some people have not been admitted to the university, and no one has given them any advice, thinking that they can only do simple work, and at the same time regret that they were content with the status quo.

Some people go to college with high academic qualifications, but they are still engaged in simple labor, or simple labor that looks like complex labor. Sometimes I feel good about myself, sometimes I feel unwilling, but most of them are content with the status quo.

It is a misunderstanding to think that there is complicated labor with education and complicated labor with establishment. Many people have not seriously thought about what complex labor is.

There is no insurmountable gap between simple labor and complex labor.

Moving bricks becomes a contractor, then starting a company to start a business, and simple labor becomes complex labor.

Teachers are always wandering at a low level. After several years of courseware, complex labor has become simple labor.
