As far as leafy vegetables are concerned, it is generally appropriate to set the fresh-keeping temperature at 0-4 degrees. It is best to put a fresh-keeping bag in the refrigerator or directly put it in a fresh-keeping box, so as to achieve the fresh-keeping effect more effectively. Besides, it is important to remember that vegetables should not be washed before they are put into the refrigerator. Of course, don't leave it too long.
Mushrooms, potatoes, cucumbers, carrots and other tuber vegetables are much more honest. They can be stored at room temperature and don't need to be stored in the refrigerator. Tomatoes, in particular, are not hardy at all. After freezing at low temperature, the meat will bubble, the umami will disappear, and it will even be rancid and rotten.
