What is social e-commerce? Is it good for employment?

Social e-commerce refers to the process of applying social elements such as attention, sharing, discussion, communication and interaction to e-commerce purchasing services through social networking platforms, or the social functions of e-commerce platforms, in order to better complete the transaction.
