How to pickle fresh small red peppers?
Preparation materials: red pepper1000g, fresh millet pepper 500g, ginger 20g, two garlic, white wine 50g, soy sauce 50g, sugar10g, and salt 40g.
1, ginger and garlic are cut into pieces for later use, as shown below.
2. Zanthoxylum bungeanum and millet pepper are both cut with oblique knives, as shown below.
3. Add ginger, garlic, salt, soy sauce and white wine to the cut pepper.
4. Then mix all the materials evenly, as shown in the figure below.
