Difference between Chetian Tofu and Ordinary Tofu
These two kinds of food are different in making technology, taste and use.
1, the production technology is different: Chetian tofu is made of natural mountain spring water in the upper reaches of Dongjiang River and local green beans by traditional technology; Ordinary tofu is made of gypsum or brine.
2, the taste is different: Chetian tofu is fragrant, smooth and refreshing, and it is delicious when eaten naked; Ordinary tofu tastes relatively poor.
3, different uses: Chetian tofu is usually used as a meat substitute, with high protein content, but low fat, sodium and carbohydrate content; Ordinary tofu contains more fat, sodium and carbohydrates.
