Form of sports display

Video, audio and performance are the three main forms of sports presentation.

⒈Video performance refers to the video content played on the large screens in all competition venues, as well as the design content of animations, icons and text displayed on the score screen. For example, at the 2000 Sydney Olympics, the sports display team produced highlights of the day's games every day and sent them to various venues for broadcast, which was greatly praised by the audience. Since then, highlights have become a tradition of the Olympic Games, and many international events have followed suit, moving from the big screens in venues to TV screens.

⒉Audio performance includes general opening music (sports display logo music), athlete entrance music, referee and athlete introduction music, information notification music, prompt music, award ceremony series music, game end music, Audience exit music, etc. The 2002 Salt Lake City Winter Olympics launched an athletes' music on-demand website. Athletes can go online and request their favorite music to be played at their competition venues. Inspired by this, the core sports display team of the Beijing Olympic Organizing Committee is working hard to create a "Music Library", which has currently collected more than 200 hours of music materials covering more than 70 countries and regions.

⒊ Live performances refer to performances performed during the opening, exit and intermission periods of the game to enhance the atmosphere of the game. According to the person in charge of the Beijing Olympic Organizing Committee, there will be various types of performances at the Beijing Olympic Games: cheerleading performances, mascot performances, martial arts and skill performances, Chinese culture and folklore performances, live interactive performances, etc.
