Difference between glass grate furnace and annealing furnace
The glass oven is mainly used for baking daily glass and craft glass such as glass bottles and glassware, baking trademarks and gold at high temperature (patterned paper), and baking glass at low temperature. The maximum service temperature is 650℃, which is suitable for mass continuous production.
Annealing furnace is a metal heat treatment process in which metal parts are slowly heated to a certain temperature in different heating furnaces, kept warm for a period of time, and then cooled at an appropriate speed.
The function is to soften materials or workpieces processed by casting, forging, rolling, welding or cutting, reduce hardness, improve plasticity and toughness, and then play a processing role, homogenize chemical composition, eliminate residual stress, or obtain expected physical properties.
