Jurunshi

Origin: Bajiao Township, Enshi City, Hubei Province, Wufeng Mountain in the eastern suburb. Variety: green tea, steamed green salad. According to relevant data, as early as the Qing Dynasty, Yulu in Enshi was listed as a famous tea in the Qing Dynasty along with Longjing in West Lake and Mao Feng in Huangshan Mountain. In 1960s, it was selected as one of the top ten famous teas in China.

Its production technology and tools are quite old, which are very similar to those contained in Lu Yu's Tea Classic. Japan is still imitating the steaming method of Enshi Youlu tea in the way of making tea.

How to choose?

Shape: pine needle-shaped, even and straight, green and moist in color, clear in soup color, lasting in fragrance, fresh and sweet in taste, smooth and even in leaf bottom, and green as jade.

Recommended tea set: white porcelain bowl; Suitable water temperature: 90.95℃; Brewing times: 5-6 times; Tea proportion:1:50; Applicable water quality: pure water. Brewing time: 10 1, 10 2, 15s 3, 15s 4, 25s 5. The number and time of making tea are only suggestions, which can be flexibly adjusted according to personal taste.
