How to cook steamed peanuts?

2 Jin of new peanuts.

Seasoning:

Two aniseed, one galangal, two ginger, two shallots, two fragrant leaves, appropriate amounts of pepper, fennel and pepper, 4-5 tablespoons of salt, two tablespoons of carved wine and one tablespoon of soy sauce.

Production process:

1. Fresh peanuts are washed repeatedly with clear water and then dried;

8. Take out the soaked peanuts and steam them on a steamer (that is, after the water is boiled) for about 30 minutes.

note:

1, there are a lot of sediments outside the new peanut case. When cleaning, you can add some dry flour or starch, which can be washed faster and cleaner.

2. In order to make peanuts taste better, after washing, each peanut should be pinched open. To be honest, this is not a trivial project. If you are tired of shaking hands, take a rest. If you really can't, put your teeth on.

3. The salt in the feed water can be salty, otherwise the peanuts will have no taste. When soaking peanuts, it is best to soak peanuts in water. If it hasn't been eaten, turn the peanuts over several times regularly to make them taste better.
