Why is there a cross on the latest 130mm tank of Rheinmetall?

The black-and-white striped cross is the military emblem of the German Federal Defence Force, just as the military emblem of the China People's Liberation Army is the red five-pointed star in Phnom Penh with the word "August 1st".

The military emblem of the German Bundeswehr is called Eisernes kreuz (Iron Cross), which is derived from the emblem of Teutonic knights in13rd century-black cross on a white background. Frederick III, King of Prussia, established the military medal system in the19th century, taking the Teutonic Knight Black Cross as the prototype, making the Black Cross a symbol of German military strength. So it wasn't invented by the Nazis.
