Two, the main problems existing in the development of agricultural industrialization in our city

1. Most enterprises have backward equipment, low technical content, low processing level and poor value-added benefits. Because most leading enterprises in our city are not strong in economic strength, and most of them are agricultural products processing enterprises, their scientific research strength is weak, and they can only engage in primary processing, and their products have low scientific and technological content, low added value and poor value-added benefits.

2. Most enterprises are short of talents and backward in management. Most existing agricultural industrialized enterprises have changed from local owners to production. Bosses lack modern management concepts, pay little attention to the introduction of talents, and are too family-oriented to meet the needs of modern enterprise development.

3. The ability to resist risks is weak, and the interest linkage mechanism needs to be improved. Leading enterprises adopt the mode of "enterprise+base+farmer", actively develop contract agriculture, set the minimum protection price, and organically link the interests of enterprises and farmers. Leading enterprises and farmers have gradually established an interest linkage mechanism of "risk * * * and benefit * * *". However, due to the small scale of enterprises, weak financial strength and poor ability to resist risks, the general way to build interest chain is still contract, which is easily affected by market conditions. In addition, some farmers and enterprises have weak legal awareness, lack of integrity, irregular contracts and other reasons, the contract performance rate is not high, especially in the case of natural disasters and large fluctuations in market prices, the self-development of enterprises is affected, and leading enterprises and farmers are in danger.

4. There are few featured and branded products, low market awareness and low market share. The agricultural products produced or processed by the existing agricultural industrialization enterprises in the city are generally extensive products, with few grades in scale, few features and brand products, low market awareness and market share. There is no brand that can be widely known in China, no strategic situation of brand management, and no leading role of brand-name products.

5. Corporate financing is difficult. Most of the existing agricultural industrialization enterprises are invested and built by local owners, and their own strength is relatively weak and their funds are limited. 2. Encourage enterprises to create famous brands or products and increase added value. Brand represents the quality and technical content of products. In view of the present situation that there are few brand-name products in our city and even in the whole province, we should unify our thinking, make concerted efforts in Qi Xin, pay close attention to the planning and construction of brand-name products, and enterprises should constantly improve the scientific and technological content, do a good job in deep processing of agricultural products, extend the industrial chain, build brand-name products and take the road of brand development. It is necessary to intensify publicity, make full use of various publicity media, publicize famous brand products in our city, and improve social visibility and influence. At the same time, governments at all levels should formulate incentive policies to support enterprises to create famous brands and products. Leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization that create famous brands at or above the provincial level and at the same time promote the development of local bases and increase farmers' income should be rewarded handsomely.

3. Establish an agricultural risk fund. Agriculture is a weak industry, which is affected by natural conditions and market risks. No matter what kind of risk occurs, it will be a serious blow to enterprises, bases and farmers, affecting development and stability. Therefore, governments and enterprises at all levels should arrange certain funds as agricultural risk funds for special storage every year, which can be developed in good years and compensated to enterprises or farmers in bad years.

4. Innovate the form of interest linkage, enhance the leading effect of leading enterprises, and realize the "win-win" goal of increasing efficiency of enterprises and increasing farmers' income. Interest linkage mechanism is the soul of agricultural industrialization management and the key to developing leading enterprises.
