Although we fully understand this, we must pay attention to the relationship between answering efficiency and listening. Third, some whistleblowers are emotional, often say a lot of radical words, and even make personal attacks on the respondents. How to deal with the relationship between work and personal likes and dislikes is also a problem that we must think about; Fourthly, in the face of long telephone calls and repeated negative illegal information, it is also a challenge that we must face to cope with boring pressure, actively adjust our mentality and always maintain full enthusiasm for work.

(2) The quality of illegal clues.

In the background judgment process, according to the scope and time limit of acceptance, more than 100 clues should be judged one by one every day, and the clues should be statistically summarized to lay a good foundation for the next work. Clue transfer is also a very complicated process. At the beginning of the report, every clue needs to be sent to the provincial land and resources management department. Later, with the initial completion of information construction, it gradually changed from paper transmission to network transmission. Feedback registration represents that the competent departments of land and resources at all levels have completed all the processing of a clue, which embodies the hard work of law enforcement departments and staff at all levels and the ardent expectations of informants. On the other hand, the mission of the research report is how to use the huge data sources to analyze and judge the problems existing in China's current land and resources management and better support the decision-making of the Ministry of Land and Resources. Up to now, in just two years, the illegal clue processing center has formed hundreds of reports, large and small, totaling several million words.

As can be seen from the above links and figures, the daily illegal reporting work is composed of small and complicated things, so is it worth doing well? Is the small progress worthy of recognition? These are two key issues that determine our mentality. In fact, just as the value of a case is of great significance to the promotion of the whole legal process in the construction of the legal system, our mentality in front of small things is the basis for whether we can do a good job in reporting violations; We are patiently engaged in handling every clue of trivial matters, which will also promote the development of law enforcement and supervision of land and resources and legal system construction.
