Business scope of logistics enterprises

There are three kinds of logistics enterprises, and their main businesses are as follows:

1. The business scope of transportation logistics enterprises mainly includes:

(1) The enterprise provides customers with comprehensive transportation services such as door-to-door transportation, door-to-station transportation and station-to-station transportation, so as to realize the transportation of goods;

(2) According to customer demand, transportation logistics enterprises can provide comprehensive logistics services.

2. The business scope of warehousing and logistics enterprises mainly includes:

(1) The enterprise provides warehousing services such as goods storage, storage and transit for customers, mainly providing distribution services for customers;

(2) Enterprises provide customers with other value-added warehousing services, such as commodity distribution, distribution processing, etc.

(3) Commercial distribution, special line transportation, warehousing, enterprise logistics and supply chain management.

3. The business scope of integrated service logistics enterprises mainly includes:

(1) Provide customers with various logistics services such as transportation, freight forwarding, warehousing, distribution, etc., and can provide customers with comprehensive logistics services by contract;

(2) Develop solutions to integrate logistics resources for customers and provide logistics consulting services.

Legal basis:

Article 12 of the Company Law of People's Republic of China (PRC)

The business scope of the company is stipulated in the articles of association and registered according to law. A company may amend its articles of association and change its business scope, but it shall register the change.

Projects that are required to be approved by laws and administrative regulations in the company's business scope shall be approved according to law.
