1. Management case

The sales volume and export volume of an enterprise producing traditional handicrafts have increased by more than 15% on average in recent ten years. The number of employees has also increased from less than 2 to more than 2,. Director Wang, the head of the enterprise, is in charge of both sales and production. Recently, some things happened in the enterprise, which made factory director Wang overwhelmed. First, the production task is basically to produce according to orders, and the factory director gives production instructions. When the delivery time is tight, the factory director takes the lead and burns the midnight oil with the employees. Although the goods were delivered on time, the quality was not up to standard, causing customers to return goods and claim compensation. Secondly, in the past, there were few recruiters in the enterprise, so the factory director Wang could make a decision alone. Now, the enterprise has to recruit nearly 5 college students every year, and it also involves the training of personnel. The previous practice is not good. Third, in the past, factory director Wang always temporarily selected people to do logistics work. Now there is too much work, and the practice of temporarily selecting people is no longer appropriate. Ask students to explain the problems existing in the enterprise and suggest measures from the perspective of organizational management.
