2. The B&B occupancy rate of this room is 22.8% higher than that of the independent room.

3. The occupancy rate of finely decorated homestays is higher than that of ordinary decorated homestays 14.0%.

4. The average occupancy rate of hotels with shuttle bus service is 37.4% higher than that of hotels without shuttle bus service.

5. The average occupancy rate of B&Bs supporting flash booking is 24.8% higher than that of B&Bs not supporting flash booking.

6. The occupancy rate of super landlords is higher than that of ordinary landlords 16.7% on average.
