There are several marketing concepts.

There are four marketing concepts, namely, production concept, product concept, promotion concept and marketing concept.

Production concept: it is one of the earliest and most primitive concepts to guide the marketing behavior of enterprises. The basic point of the concept of production is that customers can accept any products they can afford, and enterprises should devote themselves to improving production efficiency and distribution efficiency, expanding production and reducing production costs to expand the market. The concept of production is an enterprise management philosophy that emphasizes production and ignores marketing.

Product concept: The product concept holds that consumers like high-quality, multifunctional and distinctive products. Therefore, enterprises tend to think that "gold always shines", as long as there are good products, they will not worry about the problem of customers.

Marketing concept: consumers are passive, and often show a kind of purchase dependence in the process of consumption. If left to its own devices, it will generally not take the initiative to buy enough products of this enterprise. Therefore, a lot of active marketing and promotion must be carried out to stimulate consumers' desire to buy.

Marketing concept: it is a great challenge to the above three concepts and belongs to a new business concept. For the first time, the position of enterprises and customers is put right, so the concept of marketing can be said to be a major revolution. The core of marketing concept is to correctly determine the real demand of the target market, deliver the products and services needed by the target market more effectively than competitors, and then meet the needs and desires of the target market more effectively than competitors.
