How do beginners learn the Book of Changes?

Beginners are educated people with certain knowledge, and they can even become interested in the Book of Changes after their own work. They are all energetic and smart people.

No matter what major you study, even those who study science will get quite good grades.

Where should beginners start?

Talking about where beginners should start, as far as my personal experience is concerned, I should start from the place where I am most interested.

When I first came into contact with the Book of Changes, I wrote the computer programs of the Book of Changes of Plum Blossoms and the Na 'jia Method.

Only with the gradual deepening of the research, it turned to the study of Yi Tu, and then continued to expand to all fields related to the Book of Changes.

If we must say "where to start", I think it is fundamental to study the original book of changes. Of course, sometimes it's boring to start with words.

The professional Yijing learning platform "Yi Teacher APP" says that beginners must strengthen their reading level of ancient Chinese. "If you read a book a hundred times, you will understand its meaning." Just read more books.

As the old saying goes, "If you want to do something well, you must sharpen your tools first". Beginners should try to collect some relevant materials (such as "Sina Intellectuals Love to Ask", which is an electronic treasure house), and try to load the electronic versions of Sikuquanshu and four series into the computer.

What are the requirements for learning the Book of Changes?

Teaching makes no difference. Anyone who is interested in the Book of Changes can learn. On "Conditions to Be Satisfied";

First of all, we must know what we know, be modest and honest, not self-righteous, not vain and boastful, and especially avoid "ignorance and fearlessness" showing off everywhere;

Secondly, we should have persistent perseverance and not give up halfway;

Third, step by step, not impatient;

Fourth, you should take notes at will, record them as soon as you think of them or understand them, and over time you can compile articles;

Fifth, we should have the spirit of "sitting on the bench" and "burying our heads in reading" and concentrate on it.

On the "Knowledge to Master" in Learning the Book of Changes

First of all, we should improve the reading level of ancient Chinese, and mainland young people should know more about traditional Chinese characters;

Secondly, we should sort out the knowledge contained in the Book of Changes, so as to determine our own "main direction";

Third, we should master the sharp weapon of doing good deeds and make full use of computers to read and write;

Fourth, we should strengthen the efforts of "primary schools" and learn more about Yi literature;

Fifth, communicate with friends in the field of Yi studies and attend some necessary meetings of Yi studies.

Learn the eight-character "mantra" in the Book of Changes

Now there is a program on TV called "Lecture Hall of Chinese Studies", and people outside the mainland are talking vividly about "Fuxi painting hexagrams".

The author's children turned on the TV to amuse themselves when they came back from work one day. He was fascinated by this program and asked me, "Is he good at it?" I said, "As long as you like to listen."

If asked by a student who really wants to study the Book of Changes, I certainly won't answer like that. That kind of program pursues ratings. If you are interested in learning the Book of Changes from that kind of TV program, it is not for nothing.

Earlier, I personally studied the eight-character "mantra" summarized in the Book of Changes:

Interest; Optimization; Self-study; willpower
