Material drawing:
1. Cook the oil chestnuts and take them out.
2. Open a mouth for each chestnut.
3. Add salt to the dry pot and stir-fry slowly until it is slightly yellow.
4. Add a proper amount of rock sugar powder and stir fry together (I used a large piece of original rock sugar, which was yellowish and I broke it myself).
5. Add dried chestnuts and stir fry.
6. Continue to stir. Ten minutes later, when the chestnuts are shiny, the cracks will almost start.
7. Let it cool before eating. It is delicious.
