In August, 2006, with Mr. Zhong's unremitting efforts, Fujian Dali Group, a well-known domestic enterprise, came to Zhoukou to invest and develop, and established Zhoukou Real Estate Co., Ltd. The company plans to invest 2.2 billion yuan to develop "Binjiang International Star City", covering an area of 148 mu, integrating modern houses, businesses and serviced apartments. In order to promote the urban development and construction of Zhoukou and help the government solve the housing problem of urban low-income people, in September 2007, under the active promotion of Mr. Zhong, Zhoukou Jinguan Investment Development Co., Ltd. invested more than 45 million yuan and jointly developed more than 70,000 square meters of affordable housing with the Chuanhui District Government. After completion, it will play an important role in improving Zhoukou's urban functions, promoting the construction of urban civilization, improving the urban environment and promoting the sustainable development of the city.
