Why does India eat with its hands and not with cutlery?

The Chinese tool at the table is chopsticks,

which are still said to have been invented by Daji during the Shang Dynasty.

I don't know if it's true or not,

but it does show that chopsticks have a long history.

Influenced by China, chopsticks are also mostly used in East and Southeast Asia.

In the West, knives and forks are the main tools,

which are also historical and cultural for Europeans.

has stuck to using its hands to eat for thousands of years.

In order to facilitate the hand grabbing most of the food in India are processed into a paste,

Indians believe that, in the distant prehistoric period,

human beings are eating with their hands,

later there are knives, forks and chopsticks,

Eating with the hands can increase the connection with the food which is knife, fork and chopsticks can not be experienced.

Eating with your hands can increase your connection with your food in a way that knives, forks and chopsticks cannot.

Eating with your hands also allows you to feel the temperature in advance,

to avoid burning your mouth.

And since you have to wash your hands before eating,

it's much cleaner than a knife and fork in the kitchen.

Eating must be done with the right hand,

the left hand is considered unclean in India,

however, for the average person,
