Application of water treatment filler in sewage treatment Membrane classification

Biological contact oxidation is a submerged biological aerated filter, which is a comprehensive sewage treatment process produced by the combination of aeration tank and biological filter. Its advantages are strong impact resistance and high volume load.

Biological contact oxidation provides sufficient oxygen, which makes the membrane renew faster, improves the activity of biofilm, enhances its impact resistance, reduces pollution and mechanical loss, but the filter material of biological contact oxidation should be managed frequently to avoid clogging. The basic process of biofilter method consists of three parts: primary sedimentation tank, biofilter and secondary sedimentation tank. The main components include:

1, tower biological filter. Compared with the traditional biofilter, it has the advantages of higher load, clearer hierarchy, less blockage and smaller occupied area.

2. There is a high-load biofilter. The treatment effect is better, the removal rate can reach above 90%, the effluent can be reduced to below 25mg/L, and the effluent quality is very stable. Its disadvantage is that it occupies a large area and is easily blocked, which affects environmental sanitation. Moving bed biofilm reactor is a new biofilm wastewater treatment technology between biological contact oxidation method and biological fluidized bed method. Can solve the problem of filter material blockage in the biological contact oxidation method.

The characteristics of this method are: high microbial concentration, long food chain and strong adaptability to the change of influent flow and concentration. The moving bed biofilm has compact structure, small floor space and low energy consumption, which obviously reduces the investment, operation and maintenance costs. Because of these advantages, this technology has been widely used. Biological fluidized bed technology is a technology that uses gas or liquid to fluidize solid particle filter material attached with microorganisms and purify sewage. Biological fluidized bed method makes full use of the characteristics of microorganisms at different stages of life activities. According to the growth characteristics of microorganisms, the treatment stage is divided into three stages: fixed bed stage, fluidized bed stage and liquid transportation stage. Main advantages of biological fluidized bed:

1, high volume load and strong impact resistance. Because the carrier of biological fluidized bed is solid particles with small particle size and the carrier is fluidized, the unit volume surface area of biological fluidized bed is much larger than that of other biological treatment methods, and the resistance is also higher than that of other biological treatment methods.

2, the purification effect is good. Because the carrier particles have been in a state of violent movement, the interface is constantly updated, which is not only beneficial to the adsorption and degradation of pollutants by microorganisms, but also accelerates the biochemical reaction rate, thus improving the purification effect.

3. Microorganisms are very active. Due to the continuous collision and friction between biological particles, the thickness of biofilm is thin and uniform. For the same sewage, under the same treatment conditions, the biofilm not only has a fast reaction rate, but also has a very fast respiration rate, so the microbial activity is strong.
