Casata cake comes from the mysterious and beautiful traditional dessert in Sicily. This is a dessert based on green and white. It is made of sponge cake, liqueur, whey cheese, candied fruit and vanilla cream, wrapped in a cream shell made of almond protein cream, and decorated with orange peel and cherry made of honey.
