Where does the automobile air conditioning refrigeration circuit come from?

Generally, automobile air conditioner is mainly composed of compressor, electronically controlled clutch, condenser, evaporator and expansion valve.

Valve), liquid storage dryer (receiver

Dryer), pipeline (hose), condensing fan, vacuum solenoid valve (vacuum)

Solenoid), idle speed and control system. Automobile air conditioners are divided into high-pressure pipelines and low-pressure pipelines. The high-pressure side comprises a compressor output side, a high-pressure pipeline, a condenser, a liquid storage dryer and a liquid pipeline; The low-pressure side includes evaporator, accumulator, air return pipe, compressor input side and compressor oil pool.

Working principle of air conditioning refrigeration system

When the refrigeration system is working, the compressor sucks low-temperature and low-pressure gaseous refrigerant from the low-pressure loop of the evaporator, compresses it into high-temperature and high-pressure gas, and then sends it to the condenser for cooling through the high-pressure pipe. After cooling into liquid, the refrigerant flows to the storage dryer for filtration and water absorption under the action of high pressure, and then enters the evaporator after throttling and decompression through the expansion valve. In the evaporator, the refrigerant continuously absorbs the heat of the air around the evaporator core, vaporizes into gas, and is re-inhaled and recycled by the compressor, and the cooling air continuously enters the vehicle to realize refrigeration.
