I. Content requirements

The theme should be distinct and the design should be unique and novel. Take "Festival" as the theme. 3. Typesetting requirements: ① The theme articles should be placed on the front page headlines, so that the priorities are clear. The layout should be neat, beautiful and generous, with prominent titles, rich content, illustrations and appropriate density, giving people a pleasing feeling. (3) The layout uses handwritten characters and hand-drawn illustrations, and the layout is not allowed to be cut.

Three. Participants and requirements

Each squadron in grades four to six can be created by 1-2 students, but students are encouraged to complete it independently. Each squadron submits 2 or more works, but each work needs a different festival theme.

Four. Measures for submission and selection of works

The manuscript was received on May 22nd, 2009. The Young Pioneers Brigade will organize administrative and art teachers to make a comprehensive evaluation of the participating manuscripts from the aspects of masthead, content, typesetting, illustrations, color, style and effect. Each grade has a number of first prize, second prize and third prize respectively, and certificates and bonuses will be awarded, which will be displayed at the same time through campus network, publicity column and red scarf radio and television station. Particularly outstanding works will be sent to the headquarters of the Young Pioneers in the town for evaluation.
