Production method:

Roll the tofu skin, then fold the two sides and continue to roll the whole piece of tofu skin, which is a long strip as a whole. Put the rolled tofu skin into the dish. Boil water in a steamer. After the water boils, put the plate on the steamer and steam for 15 minutes. After steaming, take out the bean curd roll, pour the water in the plate into the wok, cut the bean curd roll into small pieces and put it on the plate. When there is little juice in the pot, add a little boiling water, add a little soy sauce and sugar to taste, and then pour a little starch water to hook a layer of film. After boiling, pour it on the meat roll on the plate. Sprinkle with chopped green onion. Steamed pork rolls with bean curd skin are light and nutritious, delicious and deeply loved by the elderly and children. Adding mushrooms to meat stuffing not only increases nutrition but also flavor, and monosodium glutamate can also be omitted.
