Practice of roasting abalone with charcoal fire

Operating steps:

1, remove intestines from abalone, wash and drain.

2. Abalone has blade texture, which makes it easier to cook.

3. Add barbecued pork sauce and shallots and marinate for two or three hours.

4. Clean the abalone shell and pry open the parasites on the shell.

5. Boil with clear water (because abalone shells are used for barbecue utensils, it is better to clean them).

6. Brush a layer of barbecued pork sauce on the processed abalone, and then put the marinated abalone into the shell one by one.

7. Spread aluminum foil on the baking tray and preheat the oven for five minutes.

8. Put the baking tray with abalone in the oven, bake for ten minutes, and then take it out.

9. Brush the abalone with barbecued pork sauce. Turn the abalone meat over and bake in the oven for 8- 10 minutes.

10, take out the baking tray, brush some barbecued pork sauce, bake for 5-8 minutes as appropriate, and cover with a layer of aluminum foil to avoid scorching.
