Specifically, teachers can make an assessment according to students' English level in class, and then make an implicit ranking, so that students can know their English level ranking in the class, and at the same time establish a sense of competition with people around them. However, teachers should strictly control the sense of competition, and once it is not well controlled, it is likely to develop into vicious competition.
