Is freestyle easy to learn?

Freestyle is easy to learn. Freestyle has almost no restrictions on swimming posture, so it is easy to learn.

Practice method:

1, land imitation exercise

(1) Sit and fetch water: Sit by the pool or on the ground, with your hands on your back and your legs straight.

The legs are rotated inward so that the toes are opposite, the heels are divided into eight characters, and the legs are relaxed. With the hips as the axis, the thighs drive the calves and paddle alternately up and down.

(2) Draw water on your stomach: kneel on a stool and draw water alternately with your legs up and down. The requirements are the same as above.

Step 2 practice in water

(1) Get water on your stomach: hold the basin with your hands, or hold its abdomen with your partner, in a horizontal posture, with your legs straight, so as to get water with straight legs or bent legs.

(2) Draw water on your back: Lie on your back, hold the basin in your hand, or hold his back with the help of your partner, so that your legs can draw water alternately, and be careful not to expose your knees to the water.

(3) Water skiing: Hold your breath while practicing, keep your arms straight and close together, and put your head between your arms.

(4) Help the board to draw water: When practicing, straighten your arms and relax the board. When your shoulders are immersed in water, don't press the plate hard with your hands and breathe naturally.

Technical characteristics of freestyle:

The basic technical feature of freestyle is that the human body is prone in the water, and the head and shoulders are slightly higher than the water. When swimming in, the trunk rolls around the longitudinal axis of the body properly, and the arms take turns paddling to push the body forward. After the hand enters the water, the paddling route is S-shaped, and the breathing and paddling movements are coordinated. When the arm is paddling hard, use the water flow to inhale in the valley formed on both sides of the head.

Freestyle is the fastest swimming posture with reasonable structure, labor saving and small resistance.

Specifically, in the whole freestyle movement, the leg movement not only has propulsion, but also plays a role of balance, maintaining the stability of the body and coordinating the arms to do powerful paddling. The stroke arm can be divided into front cross, middle cross and back cross.
