Shrimp vermicelli pot

Preparation materials: fresh shrimp 15, vermicelli 100g, 3 shallots, 3 cloves of garlic, 2 slices of ginger, 0/2 tsp of salt 1 8 tsp of salt18 tsp of cooking wine, and 2 tsp of soy sauce1tsp.

Start making:

1 Soak the vermicelli in cold water in advance 1 hour until soft. Cut off the whiskers and feet of fresh shrimp, open the back and remove the shrimp line.

Note: 1. When frying shrimp, be sure to cool the oil with a cold pan so that no oil will spill. In addition, the frying time and cooking time should not be too long, otherwise the shrimp will get old and taste tasteless.

This dish is a desktop dish. Niutou brand sand tea sauce is recognized as the best sand tea sauce locally, and it is the soul of making this dish. If you can't, you can use oyster sauce instead.
