Is home education a substitute for school education

Home education and school education are indispensable, and neither can replace the other. If the two deviate from each other, it is extremely unfavorable to the growth of children. Although school education is the main channel for students to learn, home education is equally important.

I'm an elementary school teacher, and when I'm managing a class, I have to communicate with the parents to make sure that the student's problems are taken seriously and solved as soon as possible.

The incident of "students stealing money from the kiosk" shocked me and made me furious. A student's poor grades can be made up, but poor behavior is a big problem.

I told the student's parents about the incident, and his mother not only failed to recognize the seriousness of the problem, but was also very arrogant: "No way! My child is not short of money, how could he steal other people's money?!" ?

In the face of the surveillance picture, the student's parents not only do not feel that their children are at fault, but also said that the teacher is making a big deal out of it.

? From the attitude of the student's parents in dealing with the matter, I finally realized that the student's recklessness was because there were parents behind him who spoiled him and backed him up.

Behind the self-disciplined students there must be extremely responsible family education, look at a student's temperament can largely see the problem of tutoring.

When grading essays, I have found that some parents are especially conscientious about their children's work. They will clearly point out their children's incoherent statements and typos, and will guide them if their students' thoughts and feelings run off the rails. And such students are ranked among the best in the class.

Teachers are not the absolute authority, parents are not the absolute obedience, the combination of family education and school education, in order to promote the development of students more comprehensive.

A family only needs to take care of a few children, while the teacher is faced with a whole class of students, everyone understands each other ten thousand years, support each other!

School education cannot replace home education, and I hope parents have a correct understanding. Only both sides are concerned about the growth of students, students can be healthy, happy and comprehensive growth!
