What should I do if the hexagon socket head screw is broken?

If the socket head cap screw is broken and cannot be removed, it can be removed by the following methods:

1. You can slowly chisel the hexagon socket counterclockwise with a chisel, and generally you can take out the bolt.

2. Weld a section of external hexagon bolt with the same outer diameter as the hexagon nut at the nut with an electric welding machine, and then screw it out with a wrench.

3. First drill a hole in the bolt with a manual electric drill, and then take out the broken screw with a special tapping machine.

4. First drill off the nut with a drill of the same size as the nut, then drill off the screw with a drill of the same size as the screw, and then tap the thread 1 with a tapping machine to replace it with a larger hexagon socket head screw.
