Implementation of ultra-low emission project

The first ultra-low emission device of flue gas in China was built by Zhejiang Tiandi Environmental Protection Engineering Co., Ltd. and put into operation in Unit 8 of Zhejiang Nengjiahua Power Generation Co., Ltd. on May 30, 20 14/3: 45. "Jiahua million kilowatts coal-fired unit ultra-low emission reconstruction project" is the first demonstration reconstruction project in China to implement ultra-low emission. Two in-service coal-fired units with a capacity of one million kilowatts were demonstrated and reformed by adopting the "Integrated Technology of Efficient and Collaborative Removal of Multi-pollutants" pioneered in China, so that the emission concentration of air pollutants from coal-fired units reached the ultra-low emission requirements. The project started construction on August 20 13 and 13, and the transformation of Unit 8 was completed on May 30, 20 14, and the transformation of Unit 7 was completed and put into production on June 7, 20 14.

The project was monitored by China National Environmental Monitoring Center on July 8, 20 14. The monitoring results show that the emission concentration of atmospheric pollutants is better than the emission standard of natural gas turbines, and the overall technology is in the leading position in the world. The Environmental Engineering Evaluation Center of the Ministry of Environmental Protection has evaluated the environmental performance of the pollutant control technology of this project. The evaluation conclusion shows: "The ultra-low emission technology adopted in this project has reached the international advanced level, and it is reliable in operation, with good repeatability and popularization value." The successful operation of the ultra-low emission device of the unit has opened a new era of clean production in coal-fired power plants, opened up a new way for the economically developed eastern region to develop coal-fired power, and has important strategic significance for ensuring China's energy security. Liu Heng Power Plant (2× 1 10,000 kW) and Taizhou No.2 Power Plant (2× 1 10,000 kW) under construction by Zhejiang Tiandi Environmental Protection Engineering Co., Ltd., and other new coal-fired units, the projects have been implemented simultaneously according to the ultra-low emission requirements from the design stage. Among them, Zhejiang Liu Heng Power Plant 1 Unit officially put into commercial operation on July 10/68 hours, and Unit 2 was officially handed over to production on September 17 hours. Liu Heng Power Plant has also become the first "million-class" large-scale power plant with ultra-low emission and "three synchronizations" of the main project (that is, the ultra-low emission system of flue gas and the main equipment of the power plant are designed, constructed and put into operation simultaneously). Two units of Taizhou No.2 Power Plant were also handed over to production synchronously with the main project on September 14 and February 14 respectively.
