What kinds of sugar are there?

The types of sugar are:

1, maltose:

Maltose is a colorless crystal, usually containing one molecule of crystal water. Melting point 102℃, easily soluble in water, and the sweetness is 40% of sucrose. There are two isomers, α -and β-,and the ratio of α -and β -maltose in aqueous solution is 42:58. The molecular formula of crystalline β -maltose containing one molecule of water is β-c12h22o11H2O.

2. White sugar:

White sugar is refined sugar made from molasses squeezed from sugarcane and sugar beet. White sugar is white, clean and high in sweetness. White sugar contains sugar, which is one of the main sources of nutrition for human body. The consumption of human body depends on the heat energy generated by sugar oxidation, and about 70% of the energy needed for human activities is provided by sugar.

3, rock sugar:

Rock candy is an ice-like crystal fried by white sugar. It is a large granular crystalline sugar made of sucrose and protein, which is made by redissolving, cleaning and recrystallization. There are single crystal and polycrystalline, transparent or translucent.

4. White sugar:

White sugar is a kind of sugar. Its particles are crystalline, uniform, white in color and pure in sweetness, slightly lighter than the sweetness of brown sugar. Often used in cooking. Proper consumption of white sugar has the effects of invigorating the middle energizer, harmonizing the stomach and moistening the lungs, nourishing yin and stopping sweating.

5. Brown sugar:

Brown sugar refers to the finished sugar of sugar cane and honey, which is made by squeezing and concentrating sugar cane. Brown sugar is divided into flake sugar, brown sugar powder and bowl sugar according to different crystal particles. Because it is not highly refined, it contains almost all the ingredients in sugarcane juice.
