What is the business model for cabs and buses in China?

There are two kinds of relationships between cab owners and companies, one is the relationship between bosses and employees, and the other is the relationship between charterers and tenants. Buses are not said to be owner-employee relationships in larger cities, but in some smaller cities there is a dependency relationship, I guess. The company and the government can be said to have no relationship, can only be said to manage and be managed, it is a market economy. Buses depend on what the nature of the line, sometimes the government will be in order to solve some of the problems of the masses difficult to travel and bus companies to discuss some of the lines, and obviously insufficient passengers, then the government will give some subsidies.
