Opening a homestay requires hygiene license, business license, tax registration certificate, special trade license, fire inspection qualified opinion, food circulation license or catering service license.

The required procedures are as follows:

First, the first thing you need to do to open a homestay is to apply for an industrial and commercial license from the local industrial and commercial department. Then I have to go to the security detachment of the local public security bureau to apply for a license to run a hotel.

2.B&B must have a perfect visitor registration system, a series of valuables registration systems, regular training for hotel employees, and relevant fire control procedures of the local fire brigade.
