Firstly, graphene was prepared by micro-mechanical stripping method. 2, epitaxial growth method:
Epitaxial growth methods include silicon carbide epitaxial growth method and metal catalytic epitaxial growth method. Epitaxial growth of silicon carbide refers to heating SiC single crystal at high temperature, so that Si atoms on the surface of SiC evaporate and separate from the surface, and the remaining C atoms are reconstructed by self-assembly, thus obtaining graphene based on SiC substrate.
3, chemical vapor deposition CVD method:
CVD method is considered to be the most promising method for preparing high-quality large-area graphene and the most promising method for industrialized production of graphene thin films. The specific process of chemical vapor deposition CVD method is: introducing hydrocarbons such as methane and ethanol into the surface of Cu and Ni metal substrates heated at high temperature, and cooling after the reaction lasts for a certain period of time. During the cooling process, several layers or single layers of graphene will be formed on the substrate surface, which includes the dissolution and diffusion growth of carbon atoms on the substrate. This method is similar to the metal catalytic epitaxial growth method, and its advantage is that it can be carried out at a lower temperature, thus reducing the energy consumption in the preparation process. Moreover, graphene and substrate can be easily separated by chemical corrosion of metals, which is beneficial to the subsequent processing of graphene.
4, graphite oxide reduction method:
Graphite oxide reduction method is also considered as one of the best methods to prepare graphene at present. The method is simple in operation and low in preparation cost, and can prepare graphene on a large scale, thus becoming an effective way to prepare graphene. In addition, this method has another advantage, that is, it can prepare functionalized graphene-graphene oxide, which has broad application prospects.
