4. When the wallboard installation needs to be repaired, it should be cut according to the actual size of the board, and the vertical incision should be closed and filled with cement mortar. When the wallboard is spliced, people still need to apply micro-glue.

5, people fixed wallboard, first of all, should be installed after the wallboard doors and windows wet plate, and then make the whole plate after fitting. People can use a crowbar to erect the wallboard, and at the same time, they should correct its verticality and the flatness of adjacent panels, so that the seam gap is less than 5mm, and then they can squeeze out glue to scrape and repair the wallboard in time.

6. After all the wall panels are fixed, the bottom of them must be caulked with 1:3 cement mortar, and at the same time, glass fiber grid cloth should be pasted at each flat-fell seam between the wall panels to make it more firm.

7. After the wallboard is installed, the curing time shall not be less than one week. In the process of wallboard maintenance, don't beat the wallboard with tools, so as not to cause the wallboard to crack and eventually lead to the wallboard damage.

How to choose wallboard?

1, mixed structure wallboard. The price of this wallboard is very low, and the construction method is relatively simple. However, the seismic performance of this kind of wallboard is poor. When installing this kind of wallboard, people must add a concrete seismic column to improve its seismic capacity, otherwise it will easily break.

2. Assembled structural wallboard. Compared with mixed structure wallboard, this kind of wallboard has the advantages of high construction efficiency, light weight and good quality. However, this kind of wallboard also has some shortcomings, such as insufficient elasticity in actual construction and relatively poor bearing capacity.

3. Cast-in-place structural wallboard. This kind of wallboard is superior to the first two kinds of wallboard, that is, it has good seismic performance, convenient construction, less materials and only a little ash, which greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers. Compared with the first two forms, this kind of wallboard is currently used more.
