The difference between electric discharge and original bill of lading

The difference between the electric release and the original bill of lading is as follows:

1, the form is different. Electric release bill of lading is an electronic form of bill of lading, no paper documents; original bill of lading is the traditional paper documents.

2, different ways to pick up. Electric release bill of lading allows the consignee with a scanned copy or other electronic means of communication (such as fax); original bill of lading must be held by the consignee of the original paper bill of lading in order to withdraw the goods.

3, the certificate of title function is different. The original bill of lading has the function of proof of title, is the proof of ownership of goods; electric discharge bill of lading in the release of goods, lost the function of proof of title.

4, the scope and risk of different. Electric release bill of lading is usually applicable to have received the payment or the consignee has full confidence in the case, in order to avoid the bill of lading in the transportation process of risk; original bill of lading is applicable to the guests who have not yet paid the payment, in order to ensure the safety of the goods.

5, the cost is different. Electrically released bills of lading usually do not involve additional mailing or courier costs; the original bill of lading may need to be forwarded through the bank or courier, and therefore will incur additional costs.
