Usage

1. Pivot: The tip of the stick is swung diagonally forward and upward, and then swung left and right as a pivot; when pivoting the stick, the force is light and smooth, and the amplitude should not be too large.

2. Sweeping Stick: the tip of the stick is swung horizontally below the waist; or the tip of the stick is pressed against the ground as far as possible, and the stick is swung at an angle as sweeping. Sweeping the stick requires swiftness and strength, and the force reaches the tip of the stick.
