How is coffee made?
To make coffee, you need to grind coffee beans into powder, then put them into a coffee filter and pour hot water on it. Then, collect the espresso from the coffee powder and mix it with milk, cream, chocolate sauce, caramel and other materials in a certain proportion to make mocha, latte and other coffee.
Characteristics of coffee
Coffee is bitter, sour, mellow, sweet and fragrant.
Bitter taste: Coffee contains a small amount of caffeine, which has a particularly strong bitter taste. Moderate caffeine can relieve muscle fatigue and cheer up the spirit.
Sour taste: Coffee contains tannic acid. After boiling, tannic acid will be decomposed into wood vinegar, resulting in sour taste.
Spirits: Spirits are the fusion of fiber and minerals in coffee.
Sweetness: Raw coffee beans contain about 8% sugar. After baking, sugar is converted into caramel, which combines with tannic acid to produce sweetness.
