Form of communication
I. Oral communication
Oral communication is the most common and direct way of communication. It conveys information and intention through language expression. Oral communication can be divided into face-to-face communication and remote communication.
Face-to-face communication refers to direct face-to-face dialogue between the two sides. In this way of communication, both parties can transmit information through pronunciation, intonation, expression and body language. Face-to-face communication helps both sides to better understand each other's intentions and emotions, and can respond in time.
Remote communication refers to communication by telephone, network voice or video. The advantage of this method is that it can cross the time and space restrictions and let people communicate when buying in different places and at different times. Of course, remote communication also has certain limitations. For example, the quality of voice transmission is affected by the network environment, and it is impossible to completely restore the true feelings of communication in stores.
Second, written communication.
Written communication is a way to convey information through writing. It can be in the form of paper documents, e-mails, instant messaging tools, etc. Written communication has the characteristics of persistence and traceability, which is convenient for recording and consulting.
Paper documents are the most traditional written communication methods, including letters, memos and reports. They usually express information in a formal format and language, which is suitable for formal occasions and long-term preservation.
E-mail is a commonly used way of written communication, and information is transmitted electronically through the network. E-mail has the advantages of fast delivery, low cost and batch sending, and is widely used in communication between individuals and enterprises.
Instant messaging tools such as WeChat and QQ provide real-time written communication. They can not only send text messages, but also deliver pictures, voices and videos, making communication more convenient and rich.
Third, nonverbal communication.
Nonverbal communication refers to body language, facial expressions and eye contact. Nonverbal communication plays an important role in interpersonal communication, and sometimes it can convey information and emotions more accurately than verbal communication.
Body language expresses meaning through body movements, postures and gestures. Such as hugging, shaking hands and waving, can convey the message of closeness, greeting and farewell.
