Class is the most basic management and construction unit of the school. Only when the class and construction management are well done can a good school spirit, teaching spirit and study style be formed. School-based curriculum and school-based culture can make small classes a magical stage. Therefore, the class teacher should stand in the position of the child (children in a broad sense refer to children from kindergarten to high school) and walk into the child to really understand the child, find the child and influence the child. ?
