(1) Disinfection of seedling tools There are many tools in shrimp seedling production, such as canvas barrels and fishing nets for transporting parent shrimps. Temporary cages for rearing parent shrimps; Water filters, siphons and fishing nets for changing water; Canvas bucket, large plastic bucket, water filter, counter, etc. In order to treat parent shrimp and young shrimp, they need to be disinfected before use. The specific method is to soak in 10 mg/L potassium permanganate for 3 ~ 5 minutes, or soak in copper sulfate solution for 5 ~ 10 minutes.

(2) The plastic water tank and cement tank used for disinfection and seedling raising in the nursery pond may contain substances that are unfavorable to prawn larvae. Before raising seedlings, the ponds and sinks should be disinfected. Generally, 20 mg/L potassium permanganate or 50 ~ 100 mg/L bleaching powder solution should be used to scrub the bottom and wall of the pool, and then thoroughly washed.
