The college takes carrying forward the fine tradition of Dabie mountain revolution as the carrier and Dabie mountain spirit as the core. Taking obedience to the overall situation as the main theme, we should fully tap and make use of the unique and rich red resources in Dabie Mountain, carry out nationwide education on party member cadres' ideals and beliefs, overall situation concept and the party's mass line, focus on training leading cadres of the state party, government and army, senior managers of enterprises and institutions, young students and other targets, and strive to build a unique and nationally influential party spirit education and training base in Henan.

There are 177 standard rooms, 13 1 single rooms, 6 suites, 8 expert apartments and 26 classrooms. Design and develop a curriculum system with 10 categories and more than 70 courses. According to different training objects, we choose different courses "packages", 10, 7, 5 and 3 days, and tailor the courses for division level, department level, department level, ordinary party member cadres and rural cadres.
