Is it better to buy books online or traditional bookstores?

I basically buy them online, but I will buy picture books because of my children. If it's study materials, I think I'll go to a physical bookstore to buy them. I still feel uneasy about the online version. Maybe some people will choose to buy books in physical stores, which may be related to his money, his love for books and his feelings for books. Of course, it's not that these people (people who don't go to physical stores to buy books) have no money, don't love books and have no feelings for books, but that these people, including me, hope to enjoy the same happiness at a relatively small cost. To some extent, this is frugality, but it should be a wish expressed here. I hope that the money originally spent on buying books can save me a sum of money. I will buy another book next time and enjoy the experience brought by two books at the same cost.
