Later, the dog didn't want to rely on others, so he set up a steamed stuffed bun stall. He invented the technology of dumpling stuffing and semi-cooked flour, and made jiaozi soft and glutinous, which was delicious and not greasy. The appearance of steamed stuffed bun is like a blooming white chrysanthemum with unique color, fragrance, taste and shape, which attracts people from thousands of miles away to eat steamed stuffed bun. Business is booming and dogs are too busy to talk. People say, "Dogs sell buns and ignore people." So for a long time, people called him a dog.

Over time, they called his steamed buns "Goubuli".
At that time, Yuan Shikai, the governor of Lu Zhi, repeatedly exclaimed at eating Goubuli steamed stuffed bun, and then went to Beijing to enter the palace to present the steamed stuffed bun to Empress Dowager Cixi.
