The black money means of individual doctors in hospitals

We are ordinary citizens. We didn't pull banners or put up posters. We just wrote a written document asking the hospital for an explanation. A healthy person got a minor illness, went to the hospital for treatment, and was killed by the hospital's less hard technical operation, without even an apology and sympathy! Is the hospital a place to save lives or a place to kill people! A disease that could have been cured at a cost of several thousand yuan used the inspection measures that their hospital had to use, and it cost hundreds of thousands. That's how people react when they die. Is Jiuquan People's Hospital such a regional hospital so "people-oriented, get rich"? People's lives are worse than a dog?

I am a senior one student with a happy family. On1October 27th, 2009, 10, my father was admitted to Jiuquan People's Hospital of Gansu Province because of gallstones. The doctor said that choledochoscopy (ERCP) was needed. I was very surprised to learn from my mother that Dr. Zhang was smoking in the operating room in front of his extremely painful father during the examination. Smoking is not allowed in the corridor of the hospital. Why can they still smoke when they are operating in the operating room? Two doctors (Zhang and Yang) took turns to operate for two and a half hours, and Dr. Zhang's hand was bruised because of excessive force. Results 10.30 The abdominal pain was unbearable that night, and the attending doctor did not appear. Only one doctor on duty said that the pancreas might be inflamed during ERCP, and the doctor said that family members should be arranged to go home and cook yellow water for enema, once every two hours, 65438+. The doctor on duty used morphine twice to relieve the pain, but it still didn't relieve. (Mom said that when the doctor did choledochoscope (ERCP) in the afternoon, the first doctor couldn't pull out the tube, so he pulled it out twice, each time with blood. Afterwards, we consulted doctors in other places, and they all said that ERCP was completed in half an hour at most, not more than two hours at all.

The next day (65438+1October 3 1), at 8: 00, my father was in severe pain all night. At 8: 30, the internal and external surgeons consulted and decided to operate. When Dr. Yang was transferred from the Department of Gastroenterology to the Department of General Surgery, he was so nervous that his hands trembled and he made mistakes twice. His mother asked him what was wrong, and he said he was a little sick. Try to write the patient's name Yang Yuhong as Yang Hongyu, and write internal medicine to surgery as internal medicine to internal medicine without responsibility, which shows where this person's sense of responsibility lies! 1October 3/kloc-0 was transferred to the general surgery department of Jiuquan people's hospital at 8: 40, and the director of general surgery performed cholecystectomy at 9: 20, and the operation ended on 12. After the operation, the general surgeon told us that the operation was successful, but dad had biliary pancreatitis.

12: 40, dad was transferred to the intensive care unit. During the treatment in ICU, 1 1.2 and 1. 1.5 underwent two CT examinations. 165438+1October 6, the doctor on duty told our father that his pancreas continued to swell and he was diagnosed as severe pancreatitis with hydrops in his abdomen and chest. During this period, he underwent two minimally invasive drainage operations. 165438+1October 7, because my father was too ill, I discussed with the hospital to transfer to Beijing for treatment. Dr. Feng Shilin originally went to Beijing with us for treatment, but he said there was not enough oxygen on the way. After getting on the bus from Jiayuguan, Dr. Feng got off the train himself. Without a doctor, we had to lift our father out of the car from Qingshui and live in Jiuquan People's Hospital. On June165438+1October 1 1 day, the attending doctor informed dad to be transferred to the general intensive care unit. We also told my father that he had the following seven symptoms: 1. Acute severe pancreatitis II. Obstructive jaundice. Cholecystectomy, common bile duct exploration. Irrigation and drainage of ascites 5. Septic shock 6. Excessive expansion of organ dysfunction 7. Pulmonary infection.

Because my father was seriously ill, during the treatment, we went to the party secretary (Lu Xinrong) and the vice president in charge (Cai Jianmao) to ask the hospital for active treatment. 165438+1B-ultrasound and X-ray back examination were performed around 9: 00 on October 23rd. On 24th, Deputy Director of General Surgery (Director Feng) told us that the inflammation of pancreatitis has been controlled, the lung infection has improved and the condition is stable. In order to keep an eye on dad's illness, we invited experts from Beijing to treat comprehensive infection and tried every means. I'm going to Jiuquan Hospital for consultation. 1October 23rd 165438+ The doctor in Beijing said to communicate with the attending doctor in Jiuquan in advance. Director Feng of Jiuquan General Surgery said, "What are you doing here? The patient's condition is stable and we have treated him well. No oxygen is needed, and pancreatic inflammation has been controlled. " (In fact, my father is already very serious at this time).

On February 2, 65438, the drainage tube inserted in dad's stomach leaked seriously, and dark brown liquid with blood clots flowed out, which made his condition worse. My mother and I went to the High Court and reported the situation to Vice President Cai. On the morning of February 4, 65438, Vice President Cai presided over the meeting and informed us to be transferred for treatment. 65438+On February 6th, my father was transferred from Jiuquan People's Hospital to Beijing 30/KLOC-0 Hospital for Hepatobiliary Surgery (the best hospital in China at present). At the time of admission, the doctor of 30 1 hospital said that Dad's condition was too serious, which was the most serious patient in the ward at that time. At the time of admission, the patient's colon had been punctured, resulting in a large amount of green liquid flowing out of the abdominal cavity. Before the operation, the infection was too serious, a large area of tissue around the pancreas was necrotic, and a large area of inflammatory mass appeared in the lungs, which caused the patient to have difficulty breathing and could not speak. Although doctors in 30 1 hospital have adopted various schemes for active treatment. However, with the continuous deterioration of the patient's condition, the hospital regrets to tell us that it is impossible to treat. Dad died at 23: 47 on February 1 1.

From June 27th, 10, when my father was hospitalized for gallstones, to June 27th,1/0, when my father left my mother and me, my dearest father left us in such a hurry in just 45 days. The great pain of losing loved ones and the complete disappointment of future life make my mother and I like two duckweeds that may be blown away by the wind at any time. What should I do in the future?

The pillar of this family fell down. We are an ordinary but happy family. My father loves me very much. In the past, my father was very strong and had a good working relationship. He seldom caught a cold. I went to see my father this time and borrowed a lot of money from my family. According to my mother, my father spent 350 thousand on medical treatment. I don't have a father. I have to pay back the money with my mother. My mother earns less than 20 thousand a year. What should I do?

On February14,65438, we went to Jiuquan People's Hospital and said that the dean was not in a meeting. February15,65438, we went to the hospital director, who said to us coldly, "Don't mess around here, you can do medical appraisal, don't mess around like this!"

We are ordinary citizens. We didn't pull banners or put up posters. We just wrote a written document asking the hospital for an explanation. It's not fair for the hospital to say so! A healthy person got a minor illness, went to the hospital for treatment, and was killed by the wrong operation of the hospital, without even an apology and sympathy! Is the hospital a place to save lives or a place to kill people! A disease that could have been cured for thousands of dollars, used the inspection measures that their hospital had to use, and spent hundreds of thousands, and people died! This is the response I got. Jiuquan People's Hospital, a regional hospital, is it so "people-oriented, get rich"? People's lives are worse than a dog?

The reason why hospitals dare to say so is because they have never been responsible for their mistakes!

Afterwards, we learned that Jiuquan People's Hospital had an accident before ERCP, some died, and some were still alive, and they continued to spend a lot of money to see a doctor. There is a grandfather in our community. On April 20, 2007, his illness was the same as his father's. He died more than 20 days after finishing ERCP, and his family found a lawyer and sued the court. Two years later, there was no result. (Later, the lawyer invited by the family was very helpless and published an open letter to the court at the Tian Fei Forum. See the attachment.). In order to prevent patients' families from talking about it, Jiuquan People's Hospital pulled out a banner in the hospital: "Strike hard at medical troubles".

In Lanzhou, the provincial capital, ERCP is a high-tech and high-risk treatment method for bile duct stones. Many hospitals dare not implement it. It is said that the Department of Gastroenterology of Jiuquan People's Hospital is still a key research subject in the province. Is it necessary to sacrifice many lives for hospital research? What logic is this? The hospital's mistakes are all borne by family members. Because you signed the checklist and the operation list, you deserve bad luck!

In order to get justice, we know from many aspects that Jiuquan People's Hospital is directly responsible for dad's death:

1, gallstones can be operated directly. The operation history is over 100 years, and the risk is small. However, in order to engage in academic research, the hospital has to let patients do ERCP when CT has diagnosed the stone site, which leads to minor illness and serious illness.

2, ERCP operation time, under normal circumstances in any city will not exceed 30 minutes, but they did a whole 150 minutes, is there a serious loophole?

After 3.ERCP, my father felt unbearable pain. The attending doctor went home to rest without taking any effective measures, and only arranged for the doctor on duty to use yellow water and morphine to relieve pain until the next day. Where is the doctor's medical ethics and the hospital's sense of responsibility?

4. If there are complications such as pancreatitis after ERCP, conservative anti-inflammatory treatment must be performed first, and surgery cannot be performed immediately, otherwise it will definitely lead to large-scale infection of other organs in the abdominal cavity, and the mortality rate will rise to 50-80%. This medical knowledge has been mentioned by doctors in Beijing and Lanzhou. As a regional hospital, why don't you know? The next day, I immediately had an open surgery and said that the operation was very successful! Later, after the problem appeared, we put the blame on the patient's family and said that we strongly demanded surgery. Are we doctors or are you a doctor?

5. During the later treatment of 1 1 month, my father was seriously infected with oral cavity. Every time I ask, I say that my condition has improved and my condition is under control. We also said that this is very common in their hospital, and they can cure it, so we don't need to go to other places for treatment. On June 24th, when we saw a doctor in Beijing for treatment, 1 1 said the same thing. At least tell us the truth as soon as possible, and we can be transferred to hospital for treatment as soon as possible, and there may still be hope for life!

6. Before my father was hospitalized, except for gallstones, all other organs were healthy. The preoperative CT film of the hospital and the patients in the same bed can prove all this, but before his death, his pancreas, lungs and colon were seriously damaged. Does this mean that the hospital has no responsibility at all?

My father died in Jiuquan People's Hospital due to improper medical treatment, and our whole family was very sad. When the 85-year-old grandmother heard about it, she was in a trance and was in a coma for several days. The whole family was heavily in debt. With great sadness, we ask the hospital to solve this matter as soon as possible and give an answer so that the living can be comforted and the deceased can rest in peace! But Jiuquan Hospital turned out to be a threatening tone. Let's stop fooling around!

Ouch! Dad, let's go. I won't let you go in vain. Those who hurt you must get the punishment they deserve! I want to let everyone know the truth through the internet! Today is my father, tomorrow may be someone else's parents.

As the largest hospital and designated medical insurance unit in the whole region, the people of the whole region certainly trust it. Most people will go to see it when they are sick, but with their irresponsible attitude, they don't know how many innocent families will be destroyed in the future.

Kindhearted uncles and aunts, brothers and sisters, if you see this post, please reprint and repost it. I am an ordinary high school student, my family is bankrupt and heavily in debt. I don't know if I can continue my studies. I can't afford a lawyer. Besides, according to the tone of the hospital, they are not afraid of our lawyers at all.

Please help me. I heard that there is a human flesh search on the Internet. I don't know what to do. I don't need your financial support, I just want justice and let my father rest in peace! I believe that justice will surely overcome evil!

An Open Letter to the President of Jiuquan People's Court

Jiuquan Suzhou District People's Court

Dear Dean Liu,

I am a lawyer of Gansu Zhixing Law Firm, representing the case of Yang Liying v. Jiuquan People's Hospital, which has been prosecuted for one year. At that time, your hospital refused to accept it for various reasons, and finally filed a case after appealing to Jiuquan Intermediate People's Court. However, due to the delay in judicial expertise, there is still no result. Please forgive my intrusion. I didn't intend to report to you in this way, but I reported to you by letter two months ago. There is no news so far. In order to attract everyone's attention and solve the problem, I can only do this. As a practicing lawyer, I don't want the parties to take drastic measures such as petitioning and online media exposure, nor do I want them to put pressure on the trial through non-legal channels, but what can we do now? As far as I am concerned, an ordinary medical dispute has dragged on for a year without results. As a 70-year-old man, the client has rushed to the city and district courts for countless times, and the hardships, sadness and resentment during the period can be imagined.

The old man once asked me: "The court colluded with the hospital and tried every means to delay the trial. I am 70 years old. Is their purpose to wait until I die? " I have nothing to say about it.

The client's name is Yang Liying, a 70-year-old man who has retired and now lives in Jiuquan City. In April 2007, her husband Wei Xikong was admitted to Jiuquan People's Hospital for "calculous cholecystitis". Biliary stent implantation was performed on April 20, 2007. After the operation, he developed abdominal pain and was transferred to the intensive care unit. After 24 days of rescue, he died of "acute severe pancreatitis". After her husband died unexpectedly, the old man suffered great mental pain. In order to find out the cause of her husband's death, on July 28th, 2008, she filed a civil lawsuit with the People's Court of Suzhou District, Jiuquan City. Unexpectedly, your hospital refused to accept the case because there were too many cases against Jiuquan People's Hospital, and the hospital will go bankrupt if this continues. If the court refuses to accept the case, it shall issue a ruling within seven days from the date of receiving the plaintiff's complaint. However, your hospital has neither accepted her complaint nor issued a written ruling. In order to file a case for the elderly, after a month, that is, on August 28, your hospital finally ruled in writing not to accept the prosecution. /kloc-in September, the old man appealed to Jiuquan Intermediate People's Court according to law. After a month and a half of running and waiting, Jiuquan Intermediate People's Court made a ruling on June 10, and Suzhou District Court filed a case to accept the prosecution. After more than two months' efforts, your hospital finally accepted her case and conducted the first trial in June165438+1October 65438+March 2008.

Because the defendant Jiuquan People's Hospital failed to apply for judicial expertise to prove that his medical behavior was not at fault within the time limit of proof, it is reasonable for the court to directly judge him to be liable for compensation. However, after the trial, the court extended the time limit for adducing evidence and asked the defendant to apply for identification, but did not take the initiative to apply. Because the old man found that the defendant forged her signature in the informed consent form signed by the patient's family when copying the medical record, the old man also applied for judicial appraisal of her signature. Because the forensic department of Jiuquan Intermediate People's Court entrusted the judicial appraisal uniformly, the appraisal work was handed over to Jiuquan Intermediate People's Court, and the old man rushed to Jiuquan Intermediate People's Court countless times for appraisal. Until the beginning of April, 2009, handwriting identification was finished. Regarding the defendant's application for appraisal, the court knew that the Jiuquan Medical Association had already made an appraisal and still entrusted him to conduct medical malpractice appraisal. As a result, I was told that I couldn't repeat it, not anymore. Recently, the elderly were informed to identify whether the above signature was signed by their children. In addition, the case-handling judge was transferred to the township court, and the old man began to rush between Jiuquan Intermediate People's Court, Suzhou District Court and the township court again and again.

"If your family suffers in the process of litigation, what is your mood? If a case in your family can't be solved for a long time, how will you feel? "

This is not the question I asked you. This is a question put forward by Wang Shengjun, President of the Supreme People's Court and Chief Justice, in front of the judges present and all the judges in the country at the seminar on the concept of socialist rule of law for court judges recently, but I believe this is the voice of the 70-year-old man.
