Three types of thinking in education
The second, literary thinking, more fashionable than the administrative thinking, it holds the flag of "humanistic care", occupying the moral high ground, righteousness in color, aggressive, very powerful. Literary thinking and moral thinking are inseparable, so I will put them together and call them literary thinking. The main feature of this way of thinking is that it emphasizes morality and emotion, and it is necessary to distinguish between right and wrong and to talk about feelings. Its basic modus operandi is to move with emotion and reason, to tell stories, to organize activities, to stir up emotions, to use the warmth of teachers and the warmth of classmates to sensitize problematic students, and to use collective public opinion to exert moral pressure to solve problems. The signature slogan of this way of thinking is: "There is no education without love." This way of thinking has created a lot of motherly love type of famous teachers, their deeds move people to tears.
? The third, scientific thinking. This way of thinking is not as focused on vertical management as the administrative way of thinking, not as focused on moral evaluation and interpersonal relationships as the administrative and literary thinking. It is a rational, dispassionate research attitude: figure out the real situation, logical reasoning, analyze the problem, solve the problem, and verify the effect. The signature slogan of this way of thinking is "No research, no right to speak". This way of thinking will create a research-oriented teachers.
? The lack of scientific thinking is the norm in the professionalism of the teaching force, and for many years we have really only had two weapons in our hands - administrative and literary (moral). Scientific thinking, scientific spirit, is scarce in primary and secondary education.
