3. In order to keep a certain amount of stored liquid in the pump body, achieve better self-priming ability and prevent dry friction of mechanical seal, the inlet of the pump must be higher than the center line of the pump shaft.

4, suction pipe installation should pay attention to:

If conditions permit, the installation height of the suction port should be as low as possible below the lowest water level of the pool, and the length of the suction pipe should be shortened as much as possible, so as to shorten the self-suction time and improve the self-suction function.

Valve, flange, etc. Air leakage or liquid leakage should be prevented in the suction pipeline, that is, there is no air leakage in the suction pipeline.

C, should prevent the pump body from inhaling solids and other sundries, therefore, a filter should be set on the suction pipeline. The effective water passing area of the filter should be 2-3 times of the cross section of the suction pipe, and the filter should be inspected regularly.

5. When installing the pump, the electrostatic grounding resistance of the pump and pipeline shall meet the specified requirements.

6. During installation, strictly check whether there are stones, iron sand and other sundries in the pump shell and pipeline.

7. Correct the installation clearance and coaxiality of pump coupling and motor power coupling, and the allowable deviation of misalignment is 0.1mm.. The height difference between the pump shaft and the motor shaft can be adjusted by putting copper or iron sheets on the feet.

8, the actual operation of the unit after 3-4 hours, do the final inspection, if there is no bad phenomenon, the main installation has been completed, should check the shaft during trial operation.

9. The cooling water connector with cooling chamber device in the bearing body of the pump is used to match the rubber hose or plastic pipe with the inner hole of 12, and the thread size is M 12x 1.75.

10. If there is a one-way valve on the outlet pipeline of the pump, and the pump cannot exhaust smoothly during self-priming, an exhaust pipe and a valve should be installed at the outlet of the pump.
